su registri lijekova, medicinskih sredstava,
proizvoaca, i dr, kao i poslovni informa-
cioni sistem (ERP) koji obuhvata upravljanje
finansijama, ljudskim resursima, osnovnim
sredstvima i obracunom zarada. Prva faza
je zavrsena uspjesnom implementacijom
sistema u maju 2009. godine, od kada se ko-
risti kao osnovni alat za rad i pruza znacajnu
podrsku sistemu menadzmenta kvalitetom.
Informacioni sistem se ve vise od 4 godine
aktivno koristi i konstantno unapreuje i
uveliko umanjuje nedostatak administra-
tivnog i strucnog kadra.
Druga faza projekta predstavljala je
nadogradnju Informacionog sistema sa pod-
sistemima za upravljanje elektronskom do-
kumentacijom (eDMS), upravljanje eCTD
dokumentacijom za registraciju ljekova i web
of medicines and medical devices, import
authorizations, authorization renewal,
monitoring of adverse effects, etc.), the design
of registers of medicines, manufacturers, etc.,
as well as a business information system
(ERP) which includes finance, HR, resources
and payroll management. The first phase
was concluded by successful implementation
of the system in May 2009, and since then, it
has been used as the primary working tool,
providing significant support to the quality
management system. The information system
has been in active use for more than four
years and it is constantly upgraded which
results in significant reduction of the lack of
administrative and professional staff.

the upgrade of the Information system with
subsystems for e-documents management
