Dear readers,

At the Ceremonial Hall of the Old Palace, the

Assembly of the city of Belgrade, in presence of a large

number of domestic and foreign guests, the awards

Diskobolos 2013

were handed out. The ceremony

was opened by Mr Andreja Mladenovi, a member

of the provisional council of the City of Belgrade,

after whom Mr ore Duki, President of JISA,

handed out special recognitions to the Ministry of

Internal Affairs of Serbia for the contribution to

the development of the e-Government, and to the

Ministry of Education of Montenegro for excellent

results in conduction of European IT certification

of the employees at the Government of Montenegro

according to the ECDL programme, donated by

the EU delegation to Montenegro. The special

recognition Grand prix ECDL 2013 was handed

out to the mayor of Karpos-Skopje, Mr Stevco

Jakimovski, for the largest ECDL training project

which included employees at the Government of

Macedonia. "This clearly confirms the dedication

towards harmonization with EU standards in our

region" � highlighted Mr ore Duki, President of

JISA, in his welcoming speech, and added: "For 19

years, Diskobolos has had a function of exchanging

ICT experience in the region and it has stimulated

and popularized the highest quality practice in

various categories of application of information and

communication technologies."

The Diskobolos award ceremony was opened

Mr Kerim Aliriza, President of the Board of the

European Chamber of Commerce and a member

of this year's JISA jury, after whom Mr Nebojsa

Vasiljevi, Assistant Minister at Ministry of Foreign

and Internal Trade And Telecommunications

continued, while the ceremony was closed by Mr

ore Duki, President of JISA.

2013

. Ceremoniju je otvorio gospodin Andreja

grada Begrada a potom je gospodin ore

Duki, predsednik JISA urucio posebna priznanja

MUP-u Srbije za doprinos razvoju e-Uprave, kao

i Ministarstvu informacionog drustva Crne Gore

i Ministarstvu prosvete Crne Gore za izvanredne

rezultate sprovoenja evropske informaticke

sertifikacije zaposlenih u Vladi Crne Gore, po

modelu ECDL, doniranom od strane Evropske

delegacije u Podgorici. Posebno priznanje Grand prix

ECDL za 2013. godinu uruceno je gradonacelniku

Karpos-Skoplje, gospodinu Stevcu Jakimovskom, za

najvei projekat ECDL obuke zaposlenih u upravi

Makedonije. "Ovim je nedvosmisleno potvren

put prilagoavanja evropskim standardima u

nasem regionu" - istakao je u pozdravnom govoru

predsednik JISA, ore Duki i dodao: " Diskobolos

ve 19 godina vrsi funkciju razmene IKT iskustva

u regionu i podstice ali i popularise najkvalitetniju

realizovanu praksu u raznim kategorijama primene

informacionih i telekomunikacionih tehnologija."

Ceremoniju urucenja priznanja Diskobolos

otpoceo je gospodin Kerim Aliriza, predsednik

upravnog odbora Evropske privredne komore i clan

ovogodisnjeg zirija JISA, nastavio gospodin Nebojsa

Vasiljevi, pomonik ministra spoljne i unutrasnje

trgovine i telekomunikacija Srbije, a zavrsio ore

Duki, predsednik JISA.

Ko su dobitnici nagrada i priznanja Diskobolos za

2013. godinu, saznaete prelistavajui stranice ovoga

izdanja.

U ime redakcije casopisa InfoReview i svoje licno
