In the panel discussion, the digital
literacy was underlined as the prerequisite
for the development of information society,
while many misconceptions, which can
appear if there is no full devotion to the
development of the information culture
and complete information training, were
mentioned. The moderator of the discussion
was Mr Radule Novovi, Deputy Minister for
Information Society and Telecommunications
of Montenegro.
At the end of the panel discussion,
the certificates were officially awarded to 26
teachers from Budva.
The project "ECDL FOR DIGITAL
MONTENEGRO" is funded by the European
Union, and it is being realized within the
IPA programme for 2011. Project partners
are Ministry of Information Society and
Telecommunications, Ministry of Education,
ECDL Foundation and EU Delegation to
Montenegro.

obuke. Panel je izvanredno moderirao i vo-
dio gospodin Radule Novovi, pomonik
ministra za informaciono drustvo i teleko-
munikacije Crne Gore.
Po zavrsetku panela, svecano su
uruceni sertifikati za 26 prosvjetnih radnika
iz Budve.

CRNU GORU" finansira Evropska Unija,
a realizuje se u okviru IPA programa 2011.
