fight competition?
Employees with the right attitude, with
energy to change things, play the crucial role
in company's success. People with the wrong
attitude do not belong in your company
and they will do no good regardless of their
individual knowledge and expertise. The
reason is simple. Knowledge lifecycle shortens
with amazing speed year after year. Today,
employees quickly acquire new skills, but it
is still difficult for them to change their core
values.If these values are not in accordance
with the core values of the company, things
will get complicated, eventually.Different
people have different beliefs, but the fact is
that there is an adequate employee for every
company and vise versa. Therefore, quickly
let go of people who do not share the crucial
principles of your organization. Companies
need people with the proper values, ready to
start an action. These people deserve all your
attention.

In ten years of business, Adacta

Ljudi u kompaniju sa ispravnim vred-
nostima i spremni za akciju su od presudnog
uticaja na konkurentnost.
Za uspeh kompanije je od presudnog
znacaja ispravan stav zaposlenih koji je u
skladu sa vrednostima kompanije. Ljudima
sa pogresnim stavom nije mesto u vasoj kom-
