Interview with Mr. Bogdan Obradovic, Director,Adacta Belgrade
vredi u danasnjem korporativnom biznisu,
znanje mora biti u kompaniji, a ne u poje-
dincima, da bi se uspelo biti konkurentan na
dinamicnom trzistu, bez obzira da li je ono
u krizi ili ne.
Kako birate ljude?
U Adacti pojedinac ucestvuje u nekom
poslovnom procesu u skladu sa pozicijom,
profesionalnim znanjima i odgovornosu
koja mu je delegirana. Danas je neka osoba
vama sef, a ve sutra ste vi njoj. Uloge pojed-
inca su u tom slucaju brojne i brzo se smen-
juju. To me podsea na pozoriste. Ujutro ste
Crvenkapa, a popodne ve Betmen. Ovo je
veoma problematicno i delikatno za sve one
zaposlene koje prizeljkuju papir na kom pise
opis radnog mesta, a veoma stimulativno
i perspektivno za sposobne i vredne osobe.
Na taj nacin dolazi do samofiltriranja orga-
nizacije i uvek radite sa kreativnim, disci-
plinovanim i ambicioznim ljudima, ljudima
sa znacajnom energijom i zeljom da rade i
pobede.

not account for much in today's corporate
business. It has to be in the company, not
in individuals. That is the only way to stay
competitive in the dynamic market. When
an organization realizes this, it will prosper,
whether the market is in crisis or not.
How do you select people?
In Adacta, we strive to make sure
that employees participate only in business
processes that are in accordance with their
position, competencies and professional
responsibility. Today, one person is a superior,
tomorrow youmight be. Individual roles are
numerous and they interchange rapidly. That
reminds me of a theater. In the morning,
you play the Little Red Riding Hood, in the
evening you get to be the Batman. This can
cause problems for employees who are aiming
to have a mere piece of paper with the job
