Intervju sa g. Bogdanom Obradoviem, direktorom Adacte Beograd
Interview with Mr. Bogdan Obradovic, Director,Adacta Belgrade
Kako biste opisali Adactu?
Na trzistu bolje posluju kompanije
koje imaju tzv. "pljosnatu" organizacionu
strukturu. Jedan od prvih pozitivnih efekata
takve organizacione strukture je velika br-
zina odvijanja svih procesa u kompaniji, sto
mozda najbolje opisuje Adactu Beograd. Pre
devet godina, kada sam preuzeo vostvo u
spagetama". U njemu na izgled vladaju haos
i nered. Da pojasnim, Adacta je kompanija
u kojoj su svi zaposleni veoma obrazovani,
tj minimum je fakultetsko obrazovanje. U
tom slucaju misljenja sam da ljudima ne tre-
ba puno pravila koja bi ih samo sputavala i
usporavala. Ono sto je zapravo izuzetno je
da u svakom vremenskom trenutku mozete
izvui jednu "spagetu iz vrijueg lonca", tj.
poslovni proces i videti gde pocinje, u kom je
stanju i gde zavrsava. Upravo takav nacin or-
ganizovanja i pljosnata organizaciona struk-
tura su nam, po mom misljenju, omoguili
uspeh i u godinama velike krize. Zato smo i
dalje na trzistu, konkurentniji nego ikad.
Bavite se poslom u kome se znanja i
tehnologije smenjuju svakodnevno. Kako
uspevate da ostanete u toku?
Uspesne kompanije moraju biti orga-
nizacije koje uce i u kojima je znanje sprem-
no za akciju. Retko je problem organizacija
sto znaju malo, problem je zapravo sto ne
znaju sta znaju. Individualno znaje malo
How would you describe Adacta?
Companies with "flat" organization
structure perform better. One of the most
important advantages of this particular
organization type is that all business processes
are being carried out quickly, without delays,
which is probably the best way to describe
Adacta Belgrade. Nine years ago I took over
the leadership in Adacta Belgrade. One of my
first decisions was to restructure it completely,
around the quite unusual, at that point of
time, organization model - the so called "pot
withboiled water and spaghetti". It appears
that in this organization model,which
originates from Scandinavia, anarchy and
disorder rule. But, allow me to clarify.
Adactais a company that employs people
with University degree. In this case, there
is no need to impose too many rules and
regulations that would only slow them down.
What is really extraordinary is that at any
point of time, you can take "a spaghetti out
of boiling water", meaning that you can select
one business process and immediately see
where it starts, where it's headed and where
it ends. This organization model, combined
with the "flat" organizational structure has
helped us succeed through the years of crisis.
That is why we are still on the market, more
competitive than ever.
You work in the industry in which
knowledge and technologies become obsolete
practically overnight. How do you manage to
stay up to date?
Successful companies must be prepared
to learn and to transform their knowledge
