tivnostima u vezi sa upravljanjem tokova pe-
ticija (podnosenje, podrska, pretrage i sl) od
dijela koji sluzi za administraciju i upravljan-
je aktivnostima kontrole ispravnosti podat-
aka potpisnika, komunikaciju sa nadleznim
drzavnim institucijama, odobravanjem
objavljivanja peticije i sl. U ovom dijelu je
implementiran kompleksan WorkFlow nad
kandidovanom peticijom, od podnosenja do
njenog prihvatanja i objavljivanja na portalu.
Rok za izglasavanje peticije je 60 dana, a neo-
phodni broj glasova podrske je 6.000. Vlada
je u oabvezi da izglasanu peticiju razma-
tra i u slucaju da je prihvati, posredrstvom
nadleznog ministarstva podnese Skupstini
u proceduru. Na portalu su objavljeni uslovi
podnosenja, kriterijumi za podnosenje elek-
tronske peticije i pravna akta vezana za ovu
oblast.
Dio sajta koji se ureuje kroz CMS
(Content management system) je kompletno

two functional segments, which appear as a
single unit to a final user, dividing clearly the
part of the portal managing the flows of the
petitions (submmition, support, search etc.),
from the part incharged of administrating
and managing the control of accurate usage
of users personal data, communication
with competent government institutions,
adoption of petitons publication, etc. This
part contains a complex WorkFlow, over the
candidated petition, from her submmition to
her publication on the portal. The deadline
for electing the petition is 60 days, while the
necessary sum of supporting votes is 6.000.
The Government is obligated to consider the
voted in (elected) petition, and in case its
accepted, through the competent Ministary to,
submmit it into Parliament procedure. Portal
displays the terms of submmition, criterias for
submmiting electronic petitions, and the legal
acts dealing with this area of expertise.
