a 55. Bijenalu savremene
umetnosti u Veneciji
Srbija se predstavila
zajednickim projektom
umetnika Vladimira Peria i Milosa Tomia
pod nazivom ,,Nema nicega izmeu nas."
Projekat ,,Nema nicega izmeu nas"
zapravo je odgovor dva umetnika srpske
scene savremene umetnosti koji pripadaju
razlicitim generacijama, na ovogodisnju
centralnu temu Bijenala ,,Enciklopedijska
palata" i sadrzi video radove Milosa Tomia
- Muzikalni dnevnici, Muzikalne cestitke i
Mali profesori muzike i dve instalacije Vladi-
mira Peria iz serije Trodimenzionalnih ta-
peta i serije objekata. Naziv ,,Nema nicega
izmeu nas" podstice posmatraca da ovaj
projekat sagleda sa razlicitih aspekata: kao
odnos izmeu umetnosti i zivota, razlicitih
umetnickih generacija i praksi, lokalnih
svetova umetnosti, ,,velike" i ,,male" istorije,
igranja i igre.
Komesar nastupa Srbije na 55. Bijenalu
savremene umetnosti u Veneciji bila je Maja
iri, istoricar umetnosti i nezavisni kustos.
Strucni savet: Dejan Sretenovi,
istoricar umetnosti, Stevan Vukovi,
teoreticar umetnosti, Darka Radosavljevi,
istoricar umetnosti, Milica Peki, istoricar
umetnosti i Nikola Sindik, multimedijalni
umetnik.

erbia has taken participation at
the 55th Venice Biennale with
a joint project of Mr Vladimir
Peri and Mr Milos Tomi
called "Nothing Between Us".
The project "There Is Nothing Between
Us" is actually a response of the two Serbian
modern artists, who belong to different
generations, to this year's central theme of
the Biennale "The Encyclopedic Palace" and
includes video work by Mr Milos Tomi ­
Musical Diaries, Musical Greeting Cards, and
Little Music Professors, and two installations
by Mr Vladimir Peri from the series of
Three-dimensional Wallpapers and the series
of Objects. The title "Nothing Between Us"
encourages the viewer to look at this project
from different aspects: as the relation between
the art and life, different art generations
and practices, local art worlds, "minor" and
"major" history, playing and play.
Commissioner at the Serbian Pavilion
at the 55th Venice Biennale of Contemporary
Arts was Ms Maja iri, an art historian and
independent curator.
Advisory Board: Dejan Sretenovi, art
historian, Stevan Vukovi, art theorist, Darka
Radosavljevi, art historian, Milica Peki, art
historian, and Nikola Sindik, multimedia
artist.
