posla" is an Internet portal, but our mission is
to stay close to our users, even when they are
not using the Internet.
How would you describe the role of the
portal "Lako do posla" and what is its
mission?
www.lakodoposla.com is a form of a job
and work force "market".
The mission of the portal is to recognize
the needs of employers on one side and of
people who are looking for jobs on the other
side, and to satisfy their needs in the field
of employment. More precisely ­ to provide
employers with a medium through which they
will have the opportunity to address a large
number of quality human resources, and to
facilitate and speed up the process of the best
candidate selection, while on the other side, to
provide candidates with timely information
related to published competitions from the
sphere of their interests.
Our mission stems from our name and
a clear function, to offer the labour market a
service which can be summarized as efficient,
easy for use.
What makes the portal "Lako do posla"
different from similar portals?
Our employer strategy includes efficiency
and simplicity. Through understanding the
market and business processes, we have
realized that most companies do not need
software which will be complicated for use,
however it may be efficient, thus, its use must
not require the employer to invest a lot of time
and effort. Of course, this was easier to say
than do, but the final result, in the form of
"Competition application manager" and its
great reception with employers gives us the
right to believe that we have succeeded in our
attention to stand out.
The possibility of sending questionnaires
to candidates, filtering the answers, writing
comments, ranking candidates, without the
need of printing a single sheet of paper gives
our portal the necessary robustness, which
together with simple use brings additional
value compared to similar portals which do
not have those options. All that I have named,
and the information that we are the only

ko je "Lako do posla" internet portal, ali je
snazna misija da uvek budemo blizu kori-
snicima, cak i kada oni nisu na internetu.
Kako bi ste opisali ulogu portala ,,Lako do
posla" i sta je njegova misija?

,,berze" poslova i radne snage.
Misija "Lako do posla" je da prepozna
potrebe poslodavaca sa jedne i ljudi koji traze
posao sa druge strane i da zadovolji potrebe i
jednih i drugih u oblasti zaposljavanja. Pre-
ciznije receno - da poslodavcima pruzi medij
putem koga e doi u priliku da se obrate ve-
likom broju kvalitetnih kadrova i da im pri-
likom odabira najboljih kandidata za njihov
konkurs olaksa i ubrza proces selekcije, a da,
sa druge strane kandidatima pruzi pravovre-
menu informaciju o objavljenim konkursima
iz sfere njihovog interesovanja.
Iz naseg imena, kao i jasne funkciona-
lnosti proistice ono sto ostaje nasa misija, da
na trzistu rada pruzimo uslugu koja se moze
sazeti kao efikasno, a lako za upotrebu.
U cemu se ,,Lako do posla" razlikuje od
slicnih portala?
Nasa strategija prema poslodavcima
podrazumeva efikasnost i jednostavnost.
Kroz razumevanje trzista i poslovnih pro-
cesa shvatili smo da veini kompanija nije
potreban softver koji e biti komplikovan za
upotrebu, ma kako on bio efikasan, dakle
njegova upotreba ne sme zahtevati od kori-
snika dugo upoznavanje i trening. Naravno
ovo je bilo lakse rei nego uciniti, ali konacni
rezultat, u vidu ,,Menadzera konkursnih pri-
java" i njegov odlican prijem kod poslodava-
ca, daje nam za pravo da verujemo da smo
uspeli u nasoj nameri da se razlikujemo.
Postojanje mogunosti postavljanja
upitnika kandidatima, filtriranje odgovora,
pisanje komentara, rangiranje kandidata i
bez obaveznog stampanja niti jednog papira,
daje nasem portalu potrebnu robusnost, sto
uz lakou upotrebe svakako cini dodatu
vrednost u odnosu na slicne portale koji to
ne poseduju. Sve sto sam naveo, kao i po-
