informaticke obucenosti Hrvatske i Slovenije
kao i nekih drugih zemalja Evropske Unije

ECDL Forum je tradicionalno mesto
objavljivanja rezultata iz svih drugih
regiona sveta i Evrope pa su glavna i pose-

Zimbabve, Iran, Holandiju, Hong Kong,
Palestinu, Austriju, Italiju i Rumuniju.

solutions for using European funds and
precise domestic plans to start a torrent of IT
education, not only amongst state institutions
but also amongst all other employees and
citizens. Presenting the project, which, apart
from the European Union and mentioned
institutions, brought together the ECDL
Foundation, DICG - Informatics Association
of Montenegro, and JISA as the national
ECDL operator, Mr JakubChristoph, Regional
Coordinator, emphasized that the first round
of ECDL certification will include around
2,000 teachers, 800 judicial employees and
around 700 employees from other ministries
of the Government of Montenegro. After the
completion of the training and certification,
based on the number of citizens, this country
will reach the level of IT competence "per
capita" which will be the same as that of
Croatia and Slovenia, as well as some other
EU countries, which opens new opportunities
for European integration of this country.
The ECDL Forum is a traditional
place for presenting the results from all other
parts of region of the world and Europe, thus
the special recognitions this year went to:
Zimbabwe, Iran, Netherlands, Hong Kong,
Palestine, Austria, Italy and Romania. We
hope that in the years that follow, our region
will be able to position itself amongst the most
developed countries when talking about the
digital literacy development.
