Projekat ,,ECDL ZA DIGITALNU
CRNU GORU" realizuje se u okviru IPA
programa 2011. Realizaciju projekta i stan-
dardizaciju digitalne pismenosti omoguila
je Delegacije Evropske Unije u Crnoj Gori a
na inicijativu Ministarstva za informaciono
drustvo i telekomunikacije i Ministarstva
prosvete. Partneri u procesu implementacije
projekta su ECDL Fondacija i Regionalna
Director of the Regional ECDL Office.
The project "ECDL FOR DIGITAL
MONTENEGRO" is being realized within
the IPA programme for 2011. The realization
of the project and standardization of digital
literacy was made possible by the Delegation
of the European Union to Montenegro, on
the initiative of the Ministry for Information
Society and Telecommunications and the
Ministry of Education. In the process of the
project implementation, acting partners were
the ECDL Foundation and Regional ECDL
Office due to their vast experience in this field
at the European and regional level.
Within this project, 3,500 employees
in education, judiciary and public
administration of Montenegro will get the
opportunity to obtain the ECDL certificate
an internationally recognized certificate
which proves the possession of key computer
skills.
Candidates are provided with training
and certification for the following ECDL
modules:
- Using the Computer and Managing
Files
- Word Processing
- Spreadsheets
- Web Browsing and Communications.
The training will be provided by
existing ECDL test centres and certification
will be performed in cooperation with the
Examination Centre of Montenegro and
Human Resources Management Agency which
already gained the status of authorized ECDL
test centres in the first phase of the project.
"This project will provide a strong
impetus to the development of the information
society in Montenegro and to the increase
of the level of digital literacy. The growth in
application of modern technologies is directly
related to the economic growth, and knowledge
is one of the largest resources of a country,
thus the Ministry for Information Society
will continue with its activities in all fields in
order to achieve the goals and harmonize with
